Creating True Bonds in DFW

Clients Work Directly with the Owners of True Bond Roofing.

In an industry where homeowners are often overwhelmed, overpromised to, or left unsure whom to trust, Aaron and Tiffany, the husband and wife team behind True Bond Roofing, are taking a different approach. One built less on sales tactics and more on people. Serving communities across DFW, True Bond Roofing specializes in residential roofing and construction, but if you ask them what they really do, the answer goes much deeper than shingles and repairs.

“We want people to feel informed and confident, not pressured,” they shared. “It’s about doing things the right way and making sure homeowners feel taken care of.” That mindset did not come from years in roofing. Surprisingly, it started in hospitality.

Before launching the business, Aaron and Tiffany had more than four decades of combined experience in the restaurant industry, working their way up from entry-level positions to leadership roles. Along the way, they learned one lesson that would later shape their company: people remember how you make them feel.

Aaron eventually transitioned to roofing and found success quickly, but both of them felt called to build something of their own. As they stepped into the industry, they noticed a gap. Homeowners often felt confused during the process and unsure who genuinely had their best interests in mind.

That realization became the foundation of True Bond Roofing. Instead of operating like a large corporation, where customers are passed from one department to another, Aaron and Tiffany stay personally involved.

Clients work directly with the owners, creating a more personal and transparent experience from beginning to end. And while the company continues to grow, the journey has not been without challenges.

Starting over in a completely new industry came with uncertainty, long seasons of doubt, and moments where success felt far away. But through faith, consistency, and a commitment to showing up for people, they kept moving forward.

“We haven’t had one big break,” they explained. “Our business has grown one relationship at a time.” That steady approach is exactly what makes their story stand out in a fast-moving market like DFW. While many companies focus solely on growth numbers, True Bond Roofing prioritizes relationships, communication, and leaving people better than they found them.

Beyond roofing projects, they stay involved in the community through local events, school support, storm assistance, and neighborhood outreach. Their goal is simple: be the kind of company people can genuinely count on.

At its core, True Bond Roofing is about more than construction. It is about creating the kind of experience Aaron and Tiffany would want for their own family."

True Bond Roofing has become very integrated into the DFW business community and trusted amongst professionals & home owners across the metroplex. You can catch them at various DFW Network Chamber events, such as the Habanero Hangout in Fort Worth each month at Habanero’s Mexican Cantina. Aaron and Tiffany Lemons are active online, and they make it a point to be there in person. It's like an unofficial TrueBond promise.
